On March 20, 2018, Complainant filed a motion to vacate with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which it indicated that the matter had been settled. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for March 21, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
