On April 12, 2018, Complainant submitted a request to vacate the April 13, 2018, hearing with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in that he indicated that Respondent had completed the work. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for April 13, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
