IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On February 7, 2018, the Complainant, Arizona's #1 Granite Inc., filed a Notice of Compliance and Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that Complainant wished to withdraw the complaint in this matter because the Respondent Imperial Wholesale Inc., “…has paid us in full and we are satisfied.” Therefore, the hearing currently scheduled for February 15, 2018, is no longer necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the February 15, 2018 hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, February 8, 2018.
