On May 1, 2018, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) submitted a Motion to Vacate because the Registrar received, processed, and approved Respondent’s application for a new Qualifying Party, which rendered the Registrar’s previous denial of Respondent’s request to be exempt from having a qualifying party moot. Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-9-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary. IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
