On July 17, 2018, Complainant filed a Notice of Settlement with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for September 17, 2018 was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter set for September 17, 2018 is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, July 17, 2018.
