On April 4, 2018, Complainant filed a motion to vacate the April 6, 2018, hearing with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which it indicated that Respondent had completed the work on the contract. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for April 6, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any. Done this day, April 4, 2018.
