On March 26, 2018, Complainant filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that the parties had reached and completed settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter. The Complainant advises that it believes that hearing currently scheduled for April 2, 2018 was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
