IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On June 26, 2018, this Tribunal Ordered [“Status Order”] that: “Prior to noon on July 10, 2018, the parties shall notify the Office of Administrative Hearings, in writing, of the status of this matter. If the Office of Administrative Hearings is notified, in writing, that settlement in this matter has been concluded, then the Status Hearing may be ordered vacated and the matter remanded to the Registrar for closing. If the parties request that the matter be re-set on the calendar for hearing.

Review of the Record in this matter discloses that the Complainant has not complied with the Status Order. On July 6, 2018 Notice filed electronically with the Office of Administrative Hearings by River Ridge Builders, copies provided by e-mail to the Complainant, indicated that the parties have resolved all outstanding issues and, thus, this matter may be now vacated. Inasmuch as the Complainant having notice of the Respondent’s July 6, 2018 filing has not objected and otherwise has still not complied with Status Order of June 26, 2018, it is NOW THEREFORE ORDERED vacating this matter from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. FURTHER IT IS ORDERED, remanding this case to the Register for further action. Done this day, August 30, 2018.
