On February 21, 2018, Thomas Raine, Esq. Assistant Attorney General, Attorney for Registrar of Contractors, filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings which advised the Registrar desired “to vacate all further hearings in this matter and to remand…to the Registrar for dismissal. The Registrar has issued a license to Applicant Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, February 21, 2018.
