IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On March 28, 2018, the parties jointly filed their Notice of Settlement with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they had reached and completed a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and stating the Complainant wished to withdraw the complaint in this matter and the that hearing currently scheduled for April 4, 2018, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
