The Complainant having filed its Notice of Settlement with the Office of Administrative Hearings on March 28, 2018 which requests that its Complaint be withdrawn and the Status Hearing set for April 30, 2018 be vacated. Sufficient cause appearing, NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the status hearing in this matter set for April 30, 2018, is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
