Comes now the Complainant, Homeworks Cabinetry and Design Incorporated, by Katrina Mullinax, and advises that the Respondent has paid all amounts due and owing, that no other issue remains for hearing. The Complainant has requested the Complaint be withdrawn in this case and that, therefore, the videoconference hearing now set for February 8, 2018 at 1:00 pm be vacated from the calendar because it is no longer necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, it is now therefore ORDERED that videoconference hearing now set for February 8, 2018 at 1:00 pm in this matter shall be and is hereby vacated. FURTHER IT IS ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, January 30, 2018.
