v.

Integrated Land Solutions LLC DBA: ILS Contracting, License No. 306043, Docket No. 2017A-5539-CHC-ROC FINAL ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION AND ORDER RESPONDENT.

Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an

6:3-5. The Administrative Law Judge Decision recommends that Respondent’s license be revoked until an appropriate bond is posted. Additionally, the administrative law judge recommends that if Respondent posts the bond by the effective date of the Order, that the license be suspended for five days. See ALJ Dec. 6:7-10.
