IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On April 5, 2018, Complainant filed a Notice of Settlement and Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter, the Complainant wished to withdraw the complaint in this matter and to vacate the hearing currently scheduled for April 9, 2018. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the April 9, 2018 hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
