At the time of the hearing, the parties indicated that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter. The Complainant stated on the record that it wished to withdraw the complaint in this matter. Moreover, both the Complainant and the Respondent requested that, if possible, the Registrar’s public record of the disposition of the complaint show that it is “resolved.” Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, March 2, 2018.
