On December 12, 2017, the Registrar of Contractor’s (“Registrar”) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that following a settlement conference, it has reversed its license denial decision, and wished to withdraw the complaint in this matter, and the hearing scheduled for December 28, 2017 is no longer necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. DONE this day, 12th day of December, 2017.
