Following the presentation of some evidence at the hearing scheduled in this matter, Complainant decided that the issues raised in the complaint had been resolved at that time and that the matter could be closed. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
