On July 6, 2018, the parties submitted a Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate Hearing with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which it indicated that the parties had come to a resolution. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for July 9, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
