On January 17, 2018, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a copy of the settlement agreement between Complainant and Respondent in which the parties agreed the matter had been resolved and the hearing currently scheduled for February 14, 2018, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, January 29, 2018.
