IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On January 23, 2018, the parties filed a joint Notice of Settlement and Motion to Vacate this matter set for hearing today, January 24, 2018. The Notice and Motion advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues raised in this matter and that hearing in the case was not necessary. The parties requested the hearing be vacated. Sufficient cause being shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter shall be and is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for such further action that the registrar of Contractors deems necessary and proper. Done this day, January 25, 2018.
