IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 17, 2017, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) forwarded an email from Complainant to the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complianant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for December 22, 2017, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action. Done this day, November 22, 2017.
