Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an

administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the

Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection.

MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION

The Administrative Law Judge Decision states on page 10 that “… L and L Development LLC’s

License Number B.273090-R is revoked until the Registrar receives and accepts written verification that

L and L Development LLC has caused to remedy Complaint Item Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9

listed in the Registrar’s Directive, dated October 31, 2017.” Once a license is revoked, it is permanently

revoked, and that revocation cannot be lifted. Moreover, Respondent’s license was previously revoked on

June 22, 2016. Because the Administrative Law Judge recommended revocation, the Registrar modifies the decision to clarify that the license will remain revoked after the effective date of this Order. CONCLUSION AND ORDER The Registrar hereby modifies the Administrative Law Judge Decision’s Recommended Order as follows: • The Registrar replaces lines 7-11 on page 10 of the Recommended Order with “Based on
