As discussed at the hearing, IT IS ORDERED holding the record open in this matter until May 31, 2018 for the purpose of receiving written closing arguments and to allow the parties to submit briefs regarding the following issues: (1) Whether Complainant John Cipolla denied access to Respondent Floor Store, Inc. (“Floor Store”) during the timeframe for compliance under the Directive, and (2) Whether the complaint should be dismissed if Mr. Cipolla denied access to Floor Store. Mr. Cipolla’s post-hearing brief will be due by May 17, 2018. Floor Store’s response will be due by May 24, 2018, and Mr. Cipolla’s reply by May 31, 2018. Done this day, May 11, 2018.
