On April 19, 2018, Complainant filed a motion to vacate with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which she indicated that she no longer needed a hearing on this matter. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for May 24, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
