On April 11, 2018 the parties filed a Joint Stipulation to Dismiss with Prejudice with the Office of Administrative Hearings. The Stipulation advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and that a hearing in this case was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action as may be necessary and proper.
