Through an Order dated December 7, 2017, the parties were directed to file a status report in this matter on or before January 16, 2017. As of January 22, 2018, the parties had not submitted the required status report. Through an Order dated January 22, 2018, the parties were informed that if a status report was not received by January 29, 2018, the mater would be vacated and remanded to the Registrar. A review of the docket shows that as of February 6, 2018, the status report had not been received. IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter and remanding it to the Registrar of Contractors.
