IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On February 20, 2018, Complainant filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing and to Dismiss with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and that the Complainant wished to withdraw the complaint in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for February 26, 2018, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, February 21, 2018.
