IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

A hearing on the merits had been scheduled on this date on Truss Fab LLC’s complaint for non-payment against Sand Castle Homes LLC. At the hearing, the parties’ representatives indicated that they wished to discuss their differences and the Administrative Law Judge called a recess. After the recess, the parties’ representatives stated on the record that they had reached a resolution and recited the terms of their agreement. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the remainder of the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that it be dismissed. Done this day, April 5, 2017.
