Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an

administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the

Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection.

In this case, a hearing was held, and the administrative law judge issued a written decision. See

Administrative Law Judge Decision, attached.

MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION

Page 5, of the Administrative Law Judge Decision, Recommended Order states that the Registrar

shall suspend Respondent’s License No. 288366 for a period of one day. However, Respondent’s license

number is 111343. Therefore, the Registrar modifies the decision to suspend Respondent’s License No.

111343 for a period of one day. CONCLUSION AND ORDER The Registrar hereby modifies and replaces “License No. 288366,” found on page 5, of the administrative law judge recommended order with “License No. 111343.” The Registrar hereby accepts the remainder of the Administrative Law Judge Decision, which becomes effective on July 25, 2017. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondent pay a civil penalty in the amount of $500.00 payable
