On November 9, 2017, the parties filed a joint motion to vacate the hearing. The parties advised that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for November 16, 2017 is not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, November 13, 2017.
