IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

At the time and place set for hearing after the opening of the record and some discussion, the parties reached a settlement of the matter. In particular, the parties agreed that the Order of Civil Penalty was appropriately issued but the amount of the penalty would be reduced to $500.00. Respondent agreed to make payments to the Registrar of Contractors toward the reduced civil penalty amount. In light of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that hearing in this matter be vacated and the file be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further processing and disposition.
