IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On August 16, 2017, a Notice of Hearing was issued setting the above- entitled matter for hearing at the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”). The Notice of Hearing states that the hearing issue is a denial of an application for a contractor’s license. On January 31, 2018, Shawn Coe, the individual named as the qualifying party for Final Touch Construction, LLC (“Final Touch”), informed the tribunal that he was withdrawing Final Touch’s application for a contractor’s license. On February 13, 2018, the Administrative Law Judge issued an order informing Final Touch that the matter would be vacated unless Final Touch informed the OAH that it did not desire to vacate the hearing, by February 21, 2018. The OAH has not received a response from Final Touch. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
