IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On April 13, 2018 the parties filed a Joint Stipulation to Dismiss With Prejudice with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they had had reached a full settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter. The Stipulation requests this matter be dismissed with prejudice. Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for April 18, 2018 is not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter now set for April 18, 2018 shall be and is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action as may be necessary and proper.
