IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On January 8, 2018, Complainant advised the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings that her insurance company had informed her that it would pursue any necessary legal action regarding Complainant’s insurance claim. She also advised that “No further action is needed from us at this time.” Due to the need for clarification, the hearing went forward on January 8, 2018, at 1:30 P.M. Jill Baker appeared by telephone on behalf of Complainants; David Hill appeared on behalf of Respondent. Ms. Baker informed the tribunal that the only matter remaining was an insurance issue and that Complainants were withdrawing their Complaint at this time. Good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED that this matter is vacated and remanded to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any. Done this day, January 20, 2018.
