On January 22, 2018, the parties filed a Withdrawal of Claims and Stipulation to Dismiss with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties indicated they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and a hearing was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, January 25, 2018.
