IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On May 4, 2017, the Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) forwarded a settlement agreement from the parties to the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties indicated that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for June 8, 2017, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action. Done this day, May 4, 2017.
