IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

At the time of hearing in this matter, after a break from hearing wherein the parties explored negotiation, the parties jointly moved to vacate the hearing and remand this matter to the Registrar for further action. Counsel for the Registrar indicated on the record that after consideration of newly provided documentation, the Registrar intends to withdraw its Notice of Payout order and will re-issue a replacement Order upon remand. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED vacating hearing from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings in this matter. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for such further action as may be necessary and proper.
