On January 24, 2018, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a Notice of Settlement and attached cashed check submitted by Respondent advising that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for February 2, 2018, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, February 1, 2018.
