This matter was previously set for a status update to be submitted by June 18, 2018. Because no update was received by the Office of Administrative Hearings, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge issued a Minute Entry Continuance on or about July 26, 2018. The Minute Entry Continuance provided as follows:

The above-entitled matter is hereby set for a STATUS UPDATE ONLY. Prior to August 24, 2018, the parties shall notify the Office of Administrative Hearings in writing of the status of this matter. If a status update is not received by that date, the matter will be vacated and remanded to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.

To date, no status update has been received by either party in this matter. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, September 5, 2018.
