Sky Construction and Engineering, Inc., Docket No. 2017A-3385-NPC-ROC License Nos. 170650, 217140, 181955, 249209, FINAL ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION AND ORDER RESPONDENT.

Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an

administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the

Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection.

MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION

In this case, a hearing was held, and the administrative law judge issued a written decision. See

Administrative Law Judge Decision, attached. The Administrative Law Judge Decision stated that

Complainant submitted 4 exhibits. See ALJ Dec. 2:7. Evidence was received that Respondent had made

payments but that Respondent still owed Complainant $5,280.60. See ALJ Dec. 2:9. One of the exhibits

was $630.00 invoice dated in 2013, which is outside of the Registrar’s jurisdiction. See Complainant’s

Exhibit 3. CONCLUSION AND ORDER The Registrar hereby reduces the amount that the Administrative Law Decision orders Respondent to pay from $5,280.60 to $4,650.60. The Registrar hereby accepts the remainder of the Administrative Law Judge Decision, which becomes effective on December 23, 2017.
