IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On March 8, 2017, the Registrar of Contractors, (hereinafter “Registrar”), filed motion to vacate the hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings advising that the Registrar changed its position concerning the subject matter of the appeal and the matter is moot. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, March 8, 2017.
