IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On August 3, 2017, the Registrar of Contractors filed an Order Quashing Citation and Complaint an Order Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearing in which the Registrar advised that the Complainant was incorrectly named as Copperstate Wall Systems, Inc., instead of Copperstate Wall Systems LLC. The Registrar will re-issue the Citation and Complaint in this matter and mail such to Respondent and Complainant’s address of record; therefore, the hearing currently scheduled for September 6, 2017, at 1:00 PM is not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
