IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On July 28, 2017, Respondent filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Respondent advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter, Complainant had executed a lien release and waiver for the final payment, and the hearing currently scheduled for August 16, 2017, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, July 31, 2017.
