IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter was set for a status update due by January 22, 2018. As of March 20, 2018, no status update had been received by the Office of Administrative Hearings. On March 20, 2018, the Administrative Law Judge issued a Minute Entry setting a status update by April 2, 2018. The Minute Entry provided that “[i]f no update is received by that date, it will be assumed that the matter has been resolved and the matter will be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.” To date, no status update has been received. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, April 19, 2018.
