Complainant informed the Tribunal that she wanted to vacate the hearing and file an amended complaint to address her allegations that while the original tile work that was the subject of the current complaint was removed, Respondent’s corrective work has workmanship issues that need to be addressed. In light of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that hearing in this matter be vacated and the file be remanded back to the Registrar of Contractors for further processing and disposition.
