On October 30, 2017, the Office of Administrative Hearings was advised by Complainant that the parties had reached a resolution and that a hearing would not be necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for November 1, 2017, is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
