The Arizona Registrar of Contractors’ (“the Registrar’s”) attorney has moved to vacate the hearing because Azul Pool and Spa Services Inc. (“Respondent”) has resolved the issue that led the Registrar to suspend its license, and Respondent’s license is now current and in good standing. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on December 27, 2017, at 8:30 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
