IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The parties failed to contact the Tribunal to inform it whether the matter was resolved or a written decision should issue. The Tribunal issued an Order informing the parties that they had until the end of the day on December 30, 2017 to contact the Tribunal or the Tribunal would assume the matter is resolved and issue an order dismissing the Complaint in this matter. To date, the parties have not contacted the Tribunal. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Complaint is hereby dismissed and this matter is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings. The file is remanded back to the Registrar of Contractors for further processing and disposition. Done this day, January 2, 2018.
