The Order Vacating Hearing, dated September 20, 2017 (“Order”), inadvertently stated that the Arizona Registrar of Contractors filed a motion with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to dismiss the case. That Order should read that Arizona Registrar of Contractors filed said motion with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Order is corrected and amended to reflect that the second reference of “Arizona Registrar of Contractors” in the Order is deleted and replaced with “Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings.” IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any.
