At the time set for hearing, Complainant requested that the hearing be vacated. The parties advised that a settlement of all outstanding issues in the above entitled matters had been reached and the hearing was not necessary. Respondent’s attorney read the settlement agreement into the record. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in the above entitled matters are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding the matters to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
